Damages or Incorrect Delivery
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Kitchen Tiles Direct within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements as quickly as possible.
We will refund any unopened boxes within 28 days of the date of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any opened or part used boxes. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the return.
Change of Choice
The customer will have the right to return all orders if they are not happy with their selection. The tiles must be returned in the original packaging to our distribution warehouse and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 28 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
